The Expanded Long-Term Disability (LTD) plan rate structure is changing effective January 1, 2022. If you’re enrolled in the Expanded LTD plan, no action is required and your coverage is not changing.

Your monthly LTD rate is determined by your years of service, your salary and whether you chose capped or maximum coverage when you enrolled in the plan. See Paying for Your Expanded LTD Coverage for the 2022 rate structure and access to a calculator to determine your specific monthly cost as of January 1, 2022.

As a reminder, you may enroll or change your coverage in the Expanded LTD plan at any time during the year. Learn more about the Expanded LTD plan.
