Cutting board with fresh fall vegetables ready to be cut

MHealthy’s virtual cooking classes are now free! Learn to make delicious, healthier foods for you and your family. Each 45-minute class includes interacting live with expert chefs and dietitians.

Registration opens October 10 for November’s two-class series. Register by 10 a.m., October 27.

This month’s classes explore savory and sweet recipes inspired by Italy and France. These are perfect for holiday celebrations and gathering with friends and loved ones.

  • November 2: Italy (12 – 12:45 p.m.) – In this class, you’ll prepare appetizers that can be made ahead of time, so you can spend more time celebrating and less time in the kitchen. Recipes include a quick and easy antipasto board, stuffed mushrooms and more.
  • November 16: France (12 – 12:45 p.m.) – Sweet treats are a part of many holiday and dinner tables. In this class, you’ll learn that individual soufflés are much easier to prepare than you might think! You’ll also make bite-sized cookies that pack nicely for gift giving.

New Classes Each Month – Sign Up to be Notified
