This month’s classes explore flavors inspired by Morocco and Israel.

  • October 12: Morocco (12 – 12:45 p.m.) – In this class, you’ll use a medley of spices, including earthy cumin, citrusy coriander, spicy chilis, turmeric, cinnamon and black pepper. Join with olive oil, lemon and garlic to create fantastic flavors!
  • October 26: Israel (12 – 12:45 p.m.) – In this class, you’ll put a delicious and healthy twist on latkes, a traditional holiday dish. The focus will also be on how fresh herbs brighten the taste of fruits and vegetables while boosting the health benefits.
