Good news – MHealthy’s virtual cooking classes are now free! Each 45-minute class includes interacting live with expert chefs and dietitians while learning to make delicious, healthier foods for you and your family.

Celebrate Spring Flavors with May’s Cooking Series

Spring is the season where we get our first taste of warmer weather and pay tribute to mothers around the world.  May’s series celebrates moms and the season by filling your days with delicious, sweet and savory dishes. Chefs will also provide tips to help you save time and cut costs.

Registration is now open for May’s two-class series. Register by 10 a.m., April 28.

  • May 4 Class (12 – 12:45 p.m.) – Cheers to Mom!

Let mom sleep in, sit back and relax while you bring her a well-deserved breakfast in bed!

  • May 18 Class (12 – 12:45 p.m.) – Hooray for Memorial Day

Enjoy cooking and being outdoors with these recipes! In this class, you’ll learn a simple and tasty ways to prepare grilled vegetables and chicken for the whole family to enjoy.

New Classes Each Month – Sign Up to be Notified

MHealthy will host a different cooking class series each month. Registration opens a few weeks before the first class date – sign up to be notified when registration opens for new classes.

MHealthy Cooking Classes support the growing field of culinary medicine, which explores the links between food and health, applying the foundations of nutritional science side-by-side with traditional medical interventions in clinical care.
