Are financial challenges taking a toll? Feeling overwhelmed for yourself or your family?  Confidential support is available to faculty and staff through MHealthy’s Resource Coach Program.

During this time of uncertainty, this free program takes the guesswork out of navigating the system and helps you find what resources are available through the university, your community and nationally.

Get confidential help and guidance with:

  • Finding food assistance or meeting other basic needs
  • Financial challenges
  • Understanding the CARES Act and how it applies to you
  • Navigating student loan payments and forbearance

“With everything else going on right now, it’s challenging to keep up with the ever-changing resources and financial assistance available,” says Kristin Duff, MSW, MHealthy Resource Coach. “Our goal is to remove barriers, get you in touch with the right services, and answer your questions. Together, we can find ways to meet you or your family’s needs.”

To connect with an MHealthy Resource Coach, email [email protected] or call directly at 734-764-0404. Our goal is to respond within 1 – 2 business days.
