Purpose can drive individual and organizational performance. Organizations that make room for their people to develop and express individual purpose create a thriving workforce with stronger engagement and lower turnover.

The Early Career Leaders Community of Practice January 2020 Session will focus on purpose and developing your own purpose “muscle.”

According to over 100 scientific studies, a strong sense of purpose leads to:

  • Better sleep

  • Less stress and burnout

  • Stronger relationships

  • Greater resilience and openness to change

  • Lower risk of heart disease, stroke and Alzheimer’s disease

  • Increased likelihood of sustained positive behavior change

The University of Michigan’s own Dr. Vic Strecher will share research and personal stories about the importance of having purpose as an individual, and as an organization.

Get your daily dose of purpose and learn how to activate yourself on a daily basis. Register for this free session on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 from 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. at Palmer Commons Great Lakes Central and South Rooms.
