Safely Dispose Your Expired, Unused Medication October 4

U-M Students have already collected almost two tons of medication, preventing harmful substances from entering the water system and landfills.

Contribute by cleaning out your medicine cabinet during the Safe Medication Disposal event sponsored by U-M's College of Pharmacy October 4.

  • Vitamins
  • Ointments & lotions 
  • Inhalers 
  • Antibiotics 
  • Steroids 
  • Veterinary medicine
  • Controlled medications 
  • Sharps and sharps containers

Safe Medication Disposal Event

Date: Tuesday, October 4, 2022

Time: 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Location: Ingalls Mall North Washington St. - across from Rackham Auditorium

  • Drive-up and drop-off options are available 
  • Wearing masks and social distancing is required
