May is Mental Health Awareness Month
Our community is stronger when we all make mental health a priority and seek out positive ways to connect and care for ourselves and others. A great way to start is by simply checking in with one another. Or plan a nature walk in the Arb with colleagues.
"Compassion and kindness can go a long way in promoting our overall well-being," says Kelcey Stratton, Chief Behavioral Health Strategist for faculty and staff. "Remember that you are not alone, and we are here to listen and offer support whenever you need it."
