It’s now easier for the U-M community to choose foods that support basic good nutrition. MHealthy and its university partners have created a new labeling system to help you make more informed food choices at campus vending machines, at select eateries and through select catering providers.

Nutrient dense means:
More:
- Fruits
- Vegetables
- Healthy fats
- Whole grains
- Fiber
Less:
- Saturated fats
- Added sugars
- Sodium
