Ingredients
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1 1/2 cups avocados, about 2 small, diced
- 1 cup English cucumber, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons shallot, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups mango, about 1, diced
- 2 tablespoons jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped or pickled jalapeno
- 1/3 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients for the salsa. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
