Caramelized Peaches with Vanilla Bean Honey Yogurt and Toasted Almonds
Ingredients

4 peaches, cut in half and pitted

1 cup nonfat plain yogurt

1 vanilla bean, scraped

1 oz. honey
-
4 oz. toasted slivered almonds

oil blend
Preparation

In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the peaches and saute 3 minutes.

Bake in a 350F oven, if needed to soften

In a bowl, mix together the vanilla bean, honey, and yogurt.

Drizzle or scoop the yogurt over the peaches.

Garnish with toasted almonds and serve.
