Ingredients
- 2 large avocados - peeled, pitted and cubed
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1/3 to 1/2 of lite coconut milk - depending on desired consistency
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- pinch of salt
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Combine for 1 to 2 minutes or until very creamy. Taste for desired sweetness. For best flavor, chill at least 1 hour.
