Creamy Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados - peeled, pitted and cubed
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 to 1/2 of lite coconut milk - depending on desired consistency
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Combine for 1 to 2 minutes or until very creamy. Taste for desired sweetness. For best flavor, chill at least 1 hour.
