Ingredients
- 1/3 cup aloe vera juice
- 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup papaya, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup kefir, plain or vanilla or sub almond milk or nut milk of choice
- 1/2 cup ice
- if desired, can add 1 tsp. of pure maple syrup(FODMAP friendly)
Preparation
- In a blender, blend ingredients until smooth. Pour into tall glass. Drink once per day. Tip: Cut up whole papaya and freeze extra chunks. No need for ice if using frozen fruit.
