Gnocchi Marinara
Ingredients

2 cups marina sauce

12 ounces gnocchi, gluten free if desired

3 ounces Parmesan or Pecorina Romano cheese, grated

1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 basil leaves chopped

2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onions
Preparation

Heat the sauce and 3 quarts of lightly salted water for the gnocchi. When water is boiling, cook according to the package directions.

Drain and place into a serving dish. Toss gnocchi with the cheese and parsley. Pour tomato sauce on top and garnish
with the basil and chives.
