Ingredients
- 10 oz. of homemade or store bought hummus
- 1/2 cup cucumbers, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup scallions, white and green parts, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup kalamata or green olives or a mix of both, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon zaatar seasoning
- Pita chips to serve
Preparation
- Spread hummus in a thin layer in a glass storage container or a large plate or serving platter.
- Sprinkle hummus with zaatar seasoning, cucumbers, tomatoes, scallions, olives, feta and parsley. Drizzle the tablespoon of lemon juice over the top before serving with pita chips.
