Quicker than Take-Out Pizza
Ingredients

1 whole wheat pre-cooked thin pizza crust

8 ounces pizza sauce

2 cups chicken, cooked, cut into small pieces

4 ounces canned mushrooms, drained

1/2 cup red pepper, chopped

1/2 cup red onion, chopped

4 ounces part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Pour sauce on pizza crust.

Spread chicken, mushrooms, red pepper and red onions on pizza.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on pizza.

Bake at 450 degrees for ~8-10 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is melted.
