Slow Roasted Herbed Tomatoes
Ingredients

24 grape tomatoes, cut in half

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves, chopped

1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped

2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Salt as desired
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

In a bowl, toss all of the ingredients together. Arrange in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet

Bake in the middle of the preheated oven until tomatoes are brown at the edges, about 25 minutes.
