Smoked Oyster and Cucumber Canapes
Ingredients

1 English cucumber, cut into 18 slices about 1/4" thick

1/4 cup Mustard Dill Sauce, available in refrigerated seafood section of well-stocked markets

18 smoked oysters

1/4 cup fresh dill weed

2 lemons, preferably Meyer lemons, thinly sliced
Preparation

Cut each lemon slice into 8 wedges.

Place a 1/2 teaspoon of Mustard Dill Sauce onto each cucumber round. Top with an oyster. Garnish with fresh
dill sprig and a small wedge of Meyer lemon and serve.
