Smoked Salmon Salad Wraps
Ingredients

2 multigrain tortillas

2 tablespoons soft goat cheese

1 teaspoon purchased Mustard Dill Sauce

2 teaspoons capers, chopped

1/2 cup arugula leaves

1 tablespoon fresh dill weed, sprigs

1/4 cup shredded carrot

1 ripe tomato, thinly sliced

1 cup English cucumber, thinly sliced using a vegetable peeler

4 ounces smoked salmon, preferably wild caught

black pepper, to taste
Preparation

Place tortillas onto a flat surface and spread each one lightly with the Mustard Dill Sauce. Then sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of goat cheese. Top with the remaining ingredients. Season with ground black pepper to taste.

Roll into a cylinder, gently but firmly. Cut in half on the diagonal, arrange on a plate, seam side down, and serve.
