Ingredients
- 2 cups mandarin orange slices, canned, in it's own juice, drained
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
- 1 cup kiwi, peeled and diced, about 1 cup
- 2 cups fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into bite-sized chunks
- 2 mangos, peeled, pitted and cut into bite-sized chunks, about 2 cups
- 1 medium lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 large lime, zested and juiced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
Preparation
- Wash and dry all fresh fruit. In a large bowl, add the lemon zest and juice, lime zest and juice, honey, grated ginger and poppy seeds. Whisk well.
- Add the fruit to the dressing and combine thoroughly. Enjoy!
