How Does it Work?
Using U-M’s Mail Order Pharmacy is simple. Your physician electronically submits your 90-day prescription to the Mail Order Pharmacy. Once your meds are in the system, you can handle transactions all online. Mail order staff are available by phone, email and text to answer your questions, and you’ll get reminders when it’s time for a refill or reauthorization.
Name Change on July 1
New users, please note: On Thursday, July 1, NoviXus Pharmacy Services, U-M’s current mail order pharmacy, will become Birdi. On that day, the Birdi website will go live, with inquiries to the former NoviXus website automatically forwarding to the Birdi site. Current users’ prescriptions and info will automatically appear in their new Birdi accounts, with no action on your part required.
