MHealthy’s Tobacco Consultation Service (TCS) has partnered with the American Lung Association to offer Freedom From Smoking®. This free, eight-week program helps you develop a plan of action that leads to your quit day. You’ll also get the support you need to remain tobacco-free for life.

Virtual (Zoom) classes will take place Tuesdays, April 4 – May 15, 2023, from 1 – 2:30 p.m. Call TCS at (734) 998-6222 to register. To get the full experience, you must register before the first session.

Certified counselors can help you plan a quit date, explain how your body will react to nicotine withdrawal, offer coping strategies, and provide encouragement for those tough days.
