Ingredients
- 1 Mango, cubed
- 2 tablespoons water
- 12 oz. sparkling water
- Lime slices for garnish
Preparation
- In a blender, add mango cubes and 2 tablespoons of water. May add a sweetener at this point if fruit is not sweet enough. Blend until you reach a smooth puree consistency.
- Add 2 tablespoons of the puree to a fluted(or other festive drinkware) glass. Pour in 3 oz. of the sparkling water. Stir. May add a spritz of lime juice and a lime wedge for garnish.
