Fork-free finger foods

The month of June brings plenty of opportunities for summer picnics and gatherings. At your next get-together, prepare one of these quick and tasty dishes to add satisfying flavor to any menu.

June classes are from 12 - 12:45 p.m. Sign up for one class or both:

  • June 7 Class: Wrap it Up (12 - 12:45 p.m.) – In this class, you’ll make easy and healthy wraps and sheet-pan chicken fajitas. Both are full of flavor, fiber and perfect for a grab-and-go lunch or dinner or even a no-fuss picnic.

  • June 21 Class: Nibbles and Bites (12 - 12:45 p.m.) – In this class, leave the utensils behind! You’ll prepare delicious mini antipasto skewers, a simple smoked trout dip and spicy salmon sushi-style cups – perfect for appetizers or as a light meal.
