June 7 Class: Wrap it Up (12 - 12:45 p.m.) – In this class, you’ll make easy and healthy wraps and sheet-pan chicken fajitas. Both are full of flavor, fiber and perfect for a grab-and-go lunch or dinner or even a no-fuss picnic.

June 21 Class: Nibbles and Bites (12 - 12:45 p.m.) – In this class, leave the utensils behind! You’ll prepare delicious mini antipasto skewers, a simple smoked trout dip and spicy salmon sushi-style cups – perfect for appetizers or as a light meal.

MHealthy Cooking Classes support the growing field of culinary medicine. It explores the links between food and health, applying the foundations of nutritional science side-by-side with traditional medical interventions in clinical care.
