November Virtual Cooking Classes: Spectacular Sides and Slaws

In November, sides are the stars! Elevate your meal with side dishes using fall vegetables, sweet potatoes and cabbage. 

November 13 – Spectacular Sides
Time: 12 – 12:45 p.m.

In this class, you’ll create delicious and visually stunning side dishes that will elevate any meal. You’ll prepare a vegetable gratin and a casserole that are perfect to prepare ahead of time. When you’re ready, just pop them into the oven to finish cooking while you relax!

November 20 Class – The Power of Purple
Time: 12 – 12:45 p.m.

Red cabbage plays a starring role in these bright and beautiful dishes. While kale, cauliflower and brussels sprouts have each had their turn as darlings of the culinary crowd, it’s now time for the humble but cool cabbage to get its time in the spotlight! In this class, you’ll prepare a delicious slaw featuring a homemade sesame-ginger vinaigrette and flavorful and easy braised cabbage.
