Ingredients
- 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, broken up or buy chunks
- 1/4 cup reduced fat coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
Preparation
- In a double boiler warm the chocolate, stirring, until it is melted. Add coconut milk and stir vigorously until the mixture becomes smooth.
- Off the heat measure in the vanilla and maple syrup, stir to combine
