Try a New Mental Wellness Program at No Cost to You

Are you experiencing some challenges with anxiety or simply feeling down? If so, Mood Lifters may be right for you. And for a limited number of faculty, staff, and qualified adult dependents, MHealthy will cover the program costs.

Mood Lifters is a 15-week mental wellness program. It focuses on simple strategies and actions that you can do to improve mood, sleep, relationships, and health. If you choose to take part, you:

  • Attend an in-person meeting each week.
  • Set individual goals and practice the strategies in your everyday life.
  • Provide feedback to help shape future offerings.

“It’s personalized and practical. And it’s a new way to support the emotional health of our community,” says Kelcey Stratton, Resiliency and Well-Being Services Program Manager. “Plus, the social support from the group is helpful for making progress on your goals and building positive connections.”

Two group options available:

Tuesdays, Sept. 3 - Dec. 10 , 5:30 - 6:30p.m.
Location: TBA (will be held at a U-M Ann Arbor Central Campus building)

Wednesdays, Sept. 4 - Dec. 11 (15 sessions), 8:00am - 9:00am.
Location: Biomedical Science Research Building (BSRB)
