Christine Gramlick is a principal customer success manager for LinkedIn Learning. She has been at LinkedIn for over 3 years and she works with higher education institutions in the Midwest region. Before LinkedIn, Christine worked in technology in higher education at DePaul University for 18 years. During that time, she worked as a Lynda.com admin, LMS admin, IT trainer and IT manager. Christine is enthusiastic about customer service and providing her clients with the best experience possible.
