In recent years, the ways we work have changed. Today, there is a growing need for a consistent framework providing clear descriptions of workplace expectations and support for current and prospective employees.
To meet this need a working group, coordinated by University Human Resources and composed of staff from all campuses and Michigan Medicine, is developing practical tools and resources. This effort is initially focused on the Ann Arbor campus. Michigan Medicine, along with the Dearborn and Flint campuses are considering the adoption of some of the recommendations within their existing practices.
