Understanding the Need for Change

- Have we done the basics?
Do they get it?
- Do we know if they understand?
- Is our message consistent with their experience?
- Have we given them a change to ask questions?
- Have we checked if the message got through?
Do they believe?
- Have we excited them about it?
- Have we addressed the question "What's in it for me"?
- Is this a cause worth signing up for?
Can they actually do it?
- Are they educated about the change?
- Are they clear what they would practically need to do on Monday morning?
- Are we listening to their objections?
